I like this website, food.com, because you can alter the finished yield amount you want, and it updates the ingredient quantities for you. No math! Although I kind of like math, to be honest. I didn’t use this particular recipe, but I’m happy to know about this website, now.
Here’s what we did, to make enough for 2 big 5 gallon crocks:
1/2 cup + 1 Tablespoon whole mustard seed
5 Tablespoons whole allspice
3 Tablespoons coriander seed
2 teaspoons whole cloves
5 teaspoons ground ginger
5 teaspoons red pepper flakes
5 bay leaves, crumbled
5 cinnamon sticks, roughly crushed
